Have you made any resolutions for the New Year?
Why not make them mindful resolutions this year? When buying something, ask yourself whether this is an item you need vs. want. Take steps to reduce your carbon footprint by buying fewer products with plastic and eating less beef. When buying foods, choose those that are chemical-free. Be more appreciative of other people, accept those things you can’t change, and practice meditation mindfully by slowing down your thoughts. Finally, lead by example for others to follow.
