Sometimes the greatest challenge with meditation is to even open your mind enough to want to give it a try. Why is that so?
It’s because many people think they know what meditation means, but in reality, they have no idea. The three most common reasons they don’t try it are: 1) they don’t know how, 2) they don’t have the time, and 3) they tried it before and it just didn’t work.
Interestingly enough, these are also the three most common reasons we give to excuse us from doing anything else in our lives that we really should be doing – like exercise.
