A Book Review: The Enneagram for Teens

Enneagram Consultant Lynette Sheppard shares her perspective regarding the Enneagram and its benefits for teens. Finding that she was “constantly surprised by the depth of understanding and self reflection these young people exhibited when introduced to the Enneagram,” Sheppard was dismayed to find few Enneagram resources for youth in the past. She is happy to now recommend Elizabeth Wagele’s new book: The Enneagram for Teens. She also reports how encouraged her own children have been with the Enneagram and notes that her daughter felt empowered; sharing with Sheppard, “I knew who I was, unlike so many of my college classmates who were trying on and discarding identities right and left.”
