Deepok Chopra’s new e-book, Ask Deepak About Love and Relationships, consists of hundreds of letters from people asking Dr. Chopra’s advice about love, parenting, friendship, family, and other kinds of relationships. Dr. Chopra’s answers are empathetic and respectful. He encourages each writer to see the problem from the perspective of another person involved in the relationship and also to take responsibility for his or her own actions. Dr. Chopra believes that everyone deserves to feel empowered and respected and that we need to extricate ourselves from relationships that do not provide these feelings. Dr. Chopra believes that physical intimacy and spirituality are strongly connected.
