Centering Ourselves

If you consider yourself “scatterbrained” and are having trouble focusing or staying on task, perhaps you need to consider centering yourself. This means being aware of the core of your being in the solar plexus of your body. One way to center yourself is to sit down and engage in breath meditation. If you believe that you are out of harmony with the universe, sitting and observing your breathing will help bring you back into balance. Breath meditation will allow you to gather your thoughts and energies back into yourself. Once you are centered, you can direct yourself outward in a more intentional way.
