Facing a life problem can be draining, yet there are several ways you can cope.
Consider often that life is temporary and that change is a constant. Tell yourself not to take the current issue so seriously. Think ahead, to a period when the problem has passed. Or, consider a time that existed before you were facing the life problem.
Laugh! Try not to “fix” the problem and give yourself a rest. Try to have fun. Practice self-care. Spend time with friends who are supportive.
