Coping with Crisis

Everyone faces challenges almost daily. When those challenges become crises, you need to ensure that you make decisions based on wisdom and thoughtfulness and not on intuition or habit. Deepak Chopra contends that too many of us ask ourselves the wrong questions when we are trying to find answers to our problems. We dwell on what’s wrong with ourselves, who can we blame, and all of the incredibly bad outcomes that will result either from our crises or our decisions. Chopra claims that the questions we should be asking are whether or not we can or should fix the problem, can we ask for advice from others who have wrestled with similar problems successfully, and can we find the answers to our problems within ourselves.
