How to be courageously vulnerable

An essential element of vulnerability is courage. Despite trying circumstances, emotions, or mental blocks, courage can help motivate you to be more emotionally available and vulnerable. Courage is different from being foolhardy, which involves taking risks without thought of the consequences. Instead, the courage to be vulnerable is intentional, allowing you to become–and stay–more open in relationships.
