A Diet to Prevent Inflammation

The diet involves eating healthy foods that can prevent inflammation. These include leafy green vegetables such as kale or spinach, as well as crunchy veggies like broccoli. Dark, colorful berries such as blueberries are also on the list. Additionally, black beans, wild Alaskan-caught salmon, edamame, lentils, green tea, and Asian/wild mushrooms are helpful too. At the base, the food pyramid emphasizes veggies and fruits, at the top, are occasional sweets.
