Increasingly, the Enneagram is being used as a tool by recruiters to screen candidates. However, this is not an appropriate use of the Enneagram.
The Enneagram is meant to be a tool of self-discovery.
When you take the personal desire out of the equation it is less effective. Second, people are more than their enneagram. You miss out on the full person using the tool as a checklist. The Enneagram is not meant to put people in boxes.
