It’s true. We’ll never be as good as we think we “should” be. We slip up and fail to meet our – often unreasonable – expectations of ourselves. It happens to the best of us.

It’s best to see these failures as lessons learned and embrace them. Otherwise, you may become self-conscious and focus only on all the things you didn’t achieve. In addition, worrying about what you didn’t succeed in only leads to more senseless worrying.

All of it just leaves us feeling guilty that we’re not doing the perfect thing at the perfect time… ever.
