Feeling Overwhelmed?

Between kids, perhaps multiple jobs, friends, family, and trying to make time for ourselves, it’s easy to end up feeling overwhelmed with all the things we have to do in the day. How to stop the stress? First start by focusing on that pesky little word “have.” Stop using the phrase “have to.” Don’t even think it! We often find ourselves over-committed and over-extended because we can’t stop saying “yes.” Well, you’re the one who chose to say yes! Owning up to your decisions helps you feel like a confident, responsible person and even better, it helps you figure out which commitments you can let go.
