How to Get Better Sleep

Struggling to get a restful night’s sleep? There are things you can do to ensure you are getting the 8-9 hours of sleep needed each night. Your brain needs sleep in order to get rid of toxins that have accumulated in your brain. If it can’t, then you experience grogginess and other symptoms. Long-term sleep deprivation can cause significant health issues.

To get better sleep you can make sure the room is between 60-68 degrees Fahrenheit, keep the room neat and tidy, and take magnesium supplements or melatonin.
