Do you struggle with getting quality sleep each night? According to Nirmala Raniga, there are several things you can do.
Go to bed and wake up at consistent times. Go to bed before 10 PM, and do not eat heavy meals two hours or less before bedtime. Refrain from using electronics including computers, TV, and cell phones. Also avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol as these have a negative effect on sleep. Before going to bed do things that are relaxing and help you unwind. Avoid strenuous exercise.
