One way that you can stay grateful all year round is by maintaining a gratitude journal. This is where you record what you are grateful for and how those things affected you.

Do your writing at the end of the day before bedtime; this can be a great way to wrap-up the day. When writing emphasize people and what impact they had, rather than material objects.
