Traveling through life, we encounter many challenges and obstacles. While we are able to process many of life’s difficult situations clearly, sometimes we get caught up in the cycle of anger and resentment. The problem with anger is that it can linger in our bodies and present many health issues. It is important, therefore, to learn how to process our resentments. One way to accomplish this is by sending our anger into the Earth. We can begin by sitting in meditation and breathing intentionally. Once more grounded, we can visualize our anger passing down our spine and into the Earth.
