How to Make a Better You

Oftentimes, we project aspects of ourselves onto others. If this sounds like you, there is a 4-step process you can to do fix it.

First, recognize what you are doing and how that affects you and the other person. Next, reframe things that you don’t like about yourself. For example, instead of being grumpy consider yourself “cantankerous.” It allows a chance for a new perspective to take root. Third, re-own the parts of yourself you reframed. Finally, recycle old perspectives into something new.
