How to Spot Gaslighting

Gaslighting describes how someone can manipulate you in order to gain or maintain power over you.

People who gaslight lie blatantly. They deny they said something even though you know differently. They take advantage of what’s you treasure and use it against you. What they say and what they do are different. Sometimes they will give you a compliment, but it’s just to confuse you. They accuse you of things you haven’t done. They manipulate people against you, say you are crazy and insist everyone else is lying.
