Ideas for Taking Care of Yourself

We often get so caught up in our daily lives that we forget to step back and take care of ourselves.

Try these self-care suggestions.

Get enough sleep each night and put a limit on how much technology you use.  Practice mindfulness, keep a journal and use breathing exercises to stay centered.  Eat healthy foods and exercise regularly.  Try meditation to relax.  Set boundaries with people or things that you know can be both physically and emotionally unhealthy.  Finally, cut loose and have fun, dance, and be creative.
