Eat a diet rich in whole foods. Drink water and avoid sugary beverages, even juice. Don’t eat refined carbohydrates such as sugar and flour, as they can cause blood sugar levels to spike. Eat more animal protein which has vitamins, zinc, and iron. Don’t use refined oils such as soybean oil, as they contain omega-6 acids. Watch out for alcohol and caffeine. Get your blood tested to ensure you are not deficient in iron or vitamin B12. Finally, exercise three times or more each week.
