Keys to Change – Sixes
What are you afraid of? Fear can be a powerful motivator, especially if you are a Six. Fear of unfavorable possibilities, the intensity of their fears, and the limits fear places on their lives are usually what urge a Six to change. Problems for a Six can range from authority issues to suicidal tendencies. They have an ongoing internal dialogue that repeatedly corners them and induces fear. Usually thay come from intimidating parents and consequently feel threatened much of the time. Sixes are best helped by “non therapy,” in which you simply sit with them and provide feedback; anything more just indulges their paranoia and feelings of powerlessness.
