How to Live in the Moment using Mindfulness

It’s easy to drown in the fears, worries, and reactivity that plague our everyday lives.  What’s the answer?

We can use mindfulness to stay present and become less reactionary

As we focus on our breathing we can turn our focus away from negativity and begin to relax.  We feel more open and can have greater acceptance and compassion. Over time we create a mindset that allows us to better respond to situations and to appreciate life more in the moment as events happen.
