We all face anxiety at one point in our lives, often daily. This can be a particularly difficult issue for a business owner, because we’re more likely to make bad decisions when we’re anxious. What can you do about it?

  1. Remind yourself of the reason you’re anxious. Often we realize it’s not due to the business decision we have to make, but an external factor.
  2. Counteract the feeling of anxiety with actions. Delivering an already accomplished and finished work to a client makes us feel good.
  3. Delay the decision making. Simply procrastinating with purpose, and waiting 15 minutes, can help us to let the anxiety subside before making decisions.
