We all face anxiety at one point in our lives, often daily. This can be a particularly difficult issue for a business owner, because we’re more likely to make bad decisions when we’re anxious. What can you do about it?
- Remind yourself of the reason you’re anxious. Often we realize it’s not due to the business decision we have to make, but an external factor.
- Counteract the feeling of anxiety with actions. Delivering an already accomplished and finished work to a client makes us feel good.
- Delay the decision making. Simply procrastinating with purpose, and waiting 15 minutes, can help us to let the anxiety subside before making decisions.
