Personal Paths to Awareness
Even if we were raised with a set of spiritual beliefs or have come in contact with a life philosophy that we relate to, we still have to find a way to understand and apply the spiritual process in our daily lives. Whether it is the exotic movement of a sacred dance, the peace and stillness of a sitting meditation, or the healing postures of yoga, such disciplines can open us up to a deeper and more inward experience. We can use the tools that inspire us as entry points for a personal inner journey.
