Preventative Steps for Couples

Many of us do preventative things to stay healthy such as visiting the doctor, eating right, and exercising. Why not do the same thing for your relationship too?

Talk about important decisions that will affect you both as a couple before they happen. Think about how having a child will affect your relationship. Consider how a chronic injury or illness impacts the both of you. Be aware of transition times in your relationship, such as when both of you plan to retire.
