Whether you are happy or not, depends on you. No matter what is going on in your life, you can choose to be happy. However, it has to come from within you. Here are two ways that help:
Take pleasure in little things. What are some of the things you used to enjoy doing before life got so crazy? Try doing them again.
Have fun exercising. I know, it’s “the dreaded E word,” but it can be fun. Go for a walk with a friend, take a nice bike ride, or play a sport. Before you know it, you’ll be having fun and exercising.
Live each day as though it’s a gift; make the choice to be happy.
