- Acne: Once again, stress and the immune system don’t play nice. The more stressed you are, the more it plays with your immune system. In the case of acne, stress can make your immune system focus too much on your skin, causing breakouts.
- Gray hair: No, stress does not cause gray hair. This has to do with the natural aging process.
There are many things stress does to you–some good, but in the long term, it’s not so good for your health.
