Sometimes in life, we feel so stuck and frustrated that we are unable to move forward in achieving our goals. The natural tendency is to start pointing fingers to see who we can blame for our difficulties, but this can actually be counter-productive. Instead, we should step back a take an honest look at ourselves to observe what we might be doing to sabotage our plans. It is important to be real with ourselves and yet compassionate as well. We are obviously not ruining our plans on purpose, but we may be under the influence of a self-defeating cycle that needs to shift.
