Though this study seems to say that low blood sugar causes more arguments, there may be a bit more to it. Emotional self-regulation is key. Hunger does encourage anger, but other factors lead to anger as well. Since anger generally hinders appropriate collaboration, it is vital to examine other physical stressors. Awareness of stress and exhaustion will help you determine your ability to engage and communicate well.
