This doesn’t have to routinely take-up a lot of time. For example, some ideas include making time to unplug from electronics, returning to focus on your breathing when stressed. In addition, practice meditation daily, find meaning, develop a broader perspective, and try to be more realistic.  

And, most of all, remember there are little things you can daily incorporate into your workday to manage stress and take care of yourself.
