Chocolate for heart health?

There is good news for the chocoholics among us. According to Dr. Andrew Weil, a Harvard-educated MD and recognized leader in integrative medicine, eating a few pieces of dark chocolate (70-percent or higher pure cocoa solids) every week is not only a happy experience, it also is a healthful one. Dr. Weil states that research has shown that dark chocolate can fight free radicals, help prevent heart disease, and raise good (HDL) cholesterol. Additionally, he reports that Swedish research has concluded that eating chocolate can also reduce the risk of strokes in women who consume it regularly.
