Common Unhealthy Thought Patterns

There are several kinds of unhealthy thinking patterns that, whether we realize it not, can interfere with our relationships.

One is called black-white-thinking. This is where you either think in terms of positive or negative and not the “gray” area. The second is predicting the future and expecting the worst. Third, is mindreading or anticipating another’s actions. Fourth, is ignoring the good and only focusing on the bad. Fifth, is labeling, such as calling someone a failure or loser.
