Enneagram Explorer Don Richard Riso Passed Away

The nine sided model of personality traits was brought to the modern world through the work of Don Richard Riso and Russ Hudson in their book Understanding the Enneagram: The Practical Guide to Personality Types (revised edition). The passing of Don Richard Riso is eulogized by one of his followers and avid admirers, Lynette Sheppard who comments, “The Enneagram community has lost one of its greatest. Don Richard Riso, Enneagram pioneer, author and teacher, passed away on August 30, 2012.” She also remarks that she was privileged to attend many of his offerings at the International Enneagram Association meetings over the years.
