How to Spot Depression

Do you think that you might have depression?  Keep these questions in mind.

Have you been experiencing sadness for a long time and feel isolated or hopeless?  Are you struggling with falling asleep or staying asleep?  Do you have thoughts such as, “I’m worthless,” or similar negative thinking?  Have you stopped doing things you once enjoyed?  Is your self-esteem down?  Do you no longer care to groom or take care of yourself?  Finally, have you been experiencing physical pain?
